Which ingredient in your kitchen cabinet cleans, boosts energy AND burns fat?

If you guessed apple cider vinegar (ACV) then *Ding ding!* We’ve got a winner! ACV is absolutely amazing for so many things from beauty,wellness to cleaning!

What kind of vinegar?

Apple cider vinegar has many properties that other types of vinegar do not have so please be sure you that you are using rwaw apple cider. When the apples are fermented they form a yeast, known as “the mother”, the only one I have come across with this is Dr. Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar. Its very easy to find in most grocery and health food stores.

Benefits:

ACV has been proven to assist in steady weight loss due to its anti-glycemic properties, preventing some the starch absorption as well as the break down (digestion) of proteins. Pectin which is found in apples also makes you feel fuller! While I’m not saying that you will experience immediate weight loss, in combination with diet and exercise, ACV will certainly give you a bit of a boost when taken daily.

Two tablespoons is all you need so I usually just do a shot or in a salad dressing but if you prefer, you could add a few tablespoons to 8 oz. of water with some honey or in a refreshing elixir:

“Apple Pie” Elixir

Makes 1

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • dash of each: cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
  • 2 cups purified water

By taking a few spoon fulls a day, you should fee more energy and have beautiful glowing skin but if you just can’t get enough ACV in your beauty regimen, try it as a toner! Just dilute with water and apply with a cotton ball. My skin is pretty sensitive so a harsh toner burns and turns my face very red (not so pretty!) so I just use one tablespoon in 1 cup of water every so often but experiment to see what works best for your skin.

This same diluted solution can be used as a non-toxic cleaner by using a mix of half water and half ACV. Think of all the money you’ll save by using this natural cleaner around your home!

 

Lastly, I have noticed since becoming more health conscious in my food choices (and vegetarian) that I feel sick when I indulge in sugary, processed food or anything that has been prepared with meat but a quick shot always does the trick!

In my experience, ACV has truly been a cure- all solution for everything from a belly ache to clear skin and fatigue and everything inn between. Drinking vinegar may seem crazy to you now but just wait until you feel the results – you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it!

    ******!!!!!! u have to keep putin vinegar for som weeks on it till it turn black an u can peal it off an reeapt the proces till when u try it ur skin stay the same but just prun. it work for me JBML
